Our Policy

Colombiana Boutique will be reliable for packages lost/damaged. We will not issue any refund, only replacements of the exact package. If items in order are sold out, we will send out a replacement for item of equal or lesser value. 

Your Items may be Eligible for Replacement: 

  • If your Package is marked as delivered but not delivered after 72 business hours.
  • If your package arrives damaged
  • If you believe or have proof that your package has been stolen
  • If Package has been lost in transit or stuck in transit for over 72 business hours with no word from the carrier.

How to Initiate a Claim:

We understand how frustrating it can be to be expecting a package, and an unforeseeable circumstance takes place. Don’t worry! You may begin a claim and request for a Replacement package to be sent your way! In order to get your claims process started, please email us at support@colombianaboutique.com with subject headline: CLAIM + (Your ORDER #) and a representative will assist you in getting your replacement ASAP.
