How long will it take to ship my order?

All COLOMBIANABOUTIQUE.COM orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 3:00 P.M. EST, or on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. All Colombiana Boutique products are shipped from our New Jersey head quarters located on 6200 John F. Kennedy Blvd, West New York, NJ. Processing is usually 1-2 business days, and shipping time varies from 2-5 business days depending on your region.

My Package says delivered, but it’s not here 🙁

We know that dreaded of feeling of seeing “DELIVERED” on your tracking page just to look outside and your package is nowhere to be found! Most of the time, it is just the carrier marking your package “Delivered” just for it to arrive a few days later. Trust us, we don’t know why they do it either! But what to do if its been over 3 days and your package has still not arrived? Well there is a chance your package is either Lost or Stolen. In that case, keep reading!

I Purchased Route Insurance at checkout, how do I make a claim?

We will happily either refund you, or resend the garments to you (whichever choice you go with is fine), however you would first have to file a claim with our third party insurance provider route. After checking out, you should have received a separate email from Route with additional information about your insurance, as well as your Route Order Number. Please find this number in your email and begin your process here: https://claims.route.com/

I did not purchase insurance with my parcel. What do i do now?

If you did not purchase Route Insurance at checkout, we cannot guarantee that you will get a Refund or Package Replacement, but do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@colombianaboutique.com to see if we can assist you.

I think I may have put the wrong address. How can I get my package now?

We do understand that sometimes, life can be super busy, and we can make mistakes on typing our address! If your parcel gets shipped back to us due to an incorrect address, we will send it back to you free of charge. However, do note that this will count toward your 1 Free Exchange Shipping, so in the case that you need to do an exchange upon receiving your parcel, we do not cover the costs, as the one free shipping has already been granted to you.
